Siohvaughn Wade Sues Gabrielle Union

Siohvaughn Wade Sues Gabrielle Union – Dwayne Wade’s former wife Siohvaughn has recently sued Wade’s current girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union, for $50,000 for events that have reportedly caused her and her children “emotional distress.” Wade and Siovaughn split sometime ago, and have been sharing time with the kids since their split. However, when Wade filed for sole custody of his two boys (Zaire, 8 and Zion, 3), Siohvaughn struck back with a lawsuit against Wade’s new girlfriend for the actions that she has taken in front of their children.
She alleges that Union and Wade have “engaged in sexual foreplay” in front of her two boys. The eldest son has reportedly sought medical treatment for stress and anxiety.


Siohvaughn also alleges that Wade allowed Zaire to play unsupervised around the pool. According to Siohvaughn, while the boy was allowed to play unsupervised around the pool, he started yelling for Wade (but had not fallen in), Wade was unable to hear his son from where he was located in the house. Eventually, Wade’s mother, who was visiting did come to see what the problem was. Wade and Union have both denied these reports.
“I am shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and merit-less lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union. I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children and requesting that the court have her undergo a psychiatric examination.”
