Shar Jackson Advice For Britney Spears

Shar Jackson has some friendly advice for Britney Spears.Here is what Jackson told PEOPLE:
“I’m just one of those people that believe you need to take care of yourself before you can take care of anybody else,” Jackson says. “My only advice would be take care of yourself. If you need help for whatever reason, go get it. Do whatever you have to do for those babies.”
Shar also revealed that her ex Kevin Federline, is holding up well during the drama with Britney.She added:
“He’s good,” “I talked to him the other night and he’s fine. He’s just happy that the boys are safe. That’s his biggest thing, making sure that the boys are in a good place and that they’re happy. And they’re happy.”
