Today 50 Cent aka Curtis Jackson has succeeded in getting a judge have his son Marquise, 10 and former girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins evicted from the rapper’s 1.5-million-dollar property in Long Island, by the end of the school year.
Lawyers for Tompkins claimed that Jackson had promised her the house as part of their separation settlement. But Brett Kimmel, an attoreny for Jackson, argued that his client was paying Tompkins 6,700 dollars-a-month, which includes a housing allowance.Tompkins said:
“Any man who would evict his son out of his house is evil,”. “He’s an evil, disgruntled man.”
