Rihanna Sued By Cindy Percival – Rihanna did few sit ups with Cindy Percival and now she does not want to pay.The singer has been hit with a lawsuit by personal Cindy Percival trainer who claims that Rihanna owes her more than $26,000 in unpaid fees.In papers filled in the Los Angeles Superior Court,the fitness expert states that the star has not paid for services rendered between September and October of 2009.

Cindy’s attorney, Scott Fischer said:

“She was made exclusively available to Rihanna.She essentially stopped seeing her other clients and devoted her time to being available to Rihanna whenever she wanted to be trained. Some of that involved travel.”

He added:

“There’s no explanation whatsoever.Her management got a hold of Cindy and informed her there would be no further need for her services; but, in the meantime, Cindy had submitted invoices for payment and they weren’t honoring the invoices.”
