Rihanna was pictured at the In Style Magazine’s Salute To Fashion in L.A. last night.
Rumors have it that Rihanna will be celebrating her 20th birthday on February 20 and it is going to be big, because she will be holding a bash in New York City, L.A. and then Barbados.

She is working the short hair cut, her make up is on point, and her outfit is complementing her gorgous legs.
