Rihanna Illegal Tattooing – Rihanna was bored Wednesday night so she decided to take tattooing lesson at an ink parlor called “East Side Ink” in Manhattan.But now the singer is in big trouble with the city health department and could face a hefty fine and criminal charges for tattooing without a license.East Side Ink owner Yadira said:

“She came by to hang out with us and her regular tattoo artist Bang Bang.He decided he wanted to get a tattoo from her and then two of the other artists decided they wanted to get one as well.She tattooed us for a change”.

Rihanna could be fined almost $2,000 for the three misdemeanor offenses.
