Remy Ma and Papoose aka Shamele Mackie are getting married in a jailhouse ceremony on New York’s Rikers Island on May 12th.The wedding will be held just a day before RemY is sentenced for shooting former friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph in the Meatpacking District last July during an argument over $2,000.The New York Daily News reports:
Wedding bells will ring Monday for jailed hip-hop star Remy Ma, who plans to marry her boyfriend, rapper Papoose, on Rikers Island, a source close to the rapper said.The bride and groom will be allowed two guests each for the ceremony.
I will not be able to make it because my dog is getting married today also.
