R. Kelly Small Court Victory

R. Kelly was pictured leaving the Criminal Courts Building in Chicago yesterday.
The R&B singer was in court in Illinois where he got a little victory because judge Vincent Gaughan has ruled that Sharon Cooper who is a child therapist and forensic pediatrician could not testify at his trial on behalf of the prosecution.
Kelly is being charged with video taping himself having sex with a girl who may have been as young as 13 years old at the time.
