Nicki Minaj Bruce Willis Crush – Nicki Minaj has shot to fame this summer with her chart-topping song, “Your Love”. In the track, she name-drops Willis in the line, “For your lovin’, I’mma Die Hard like Bruce Willis”.

Willis has heard of his mention in the song, and said to MTV in July, “I can’t get enough songs on the radio that have my name in it. It’s always an honour. I love that song. I don’t understand it, but I can understand my name.”

Minaj was thrilled to hear that Willis is a fan of her record. “I saw the [MTV] footage when he was like, ‘Yeah, I don’t know what she’s saying in it, but I can recognise my name’. I was like ‘Yes!’” The Young Money MC has been a fan of Willis since her childhood. She confided that she had “the biggest crush” on Willis when she was small.

Minaj has been nominated for a Best New Artist award at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, and was shocked to hear of her nomination, stating “I didn’t even think I’d get invited!”
