Mariah Carey is the cover girl of the Allure Magazine April 2008 issue.Adam Sandler recently sent Mariah Carey a pink leaning board to thank her for starring in his new film entitled You Don’t Mess with the Zohan.The Touch My Body singer, who stars as herself in the movie was touched when she received the unusual gift.Mariah said:
“When actresses of the day like Marilyn Monroe and Doris Day had to be sewn into costumes for their films they had to use a leaning board. They leant back on the board as they were sewn in. Anyway, Adam had one of these leaning boards from one of his old films and I really liked it. So he had one made for me in pink and sent it to me. Isn’t that just the nicest thing? I called him to thank him, but he was busy filming at the time.”
She added:
“They are all hilarious. I wish I could do that all day. It was just so much fun,” “Everybody is from the school of comedy so they are all really funny. And Adam Sandler is literally the nicest guy!”
I am more than shocked to find out that Carey still gets movie roles.
