Simon & Schuster Lil Kim Foxy Brown Book Deal Lawsuit

Simon & Schuster Lil Kim Foxy Brown Book Deal Lawsuit - Foxy Brown and Lil’ Kim were hit with a lawsuit from New York publisher Simon & Schuster Inc because they were paid in advance for books but they never delivered.Foxy was paid $75,000 in 2005 to deliver an autobiography called “Broken Silence” by February 2006, while Lil’ Kim was given $40,000 in 2003 for a novel due June 2004.
The publisher is demanding its money back in two lawsuits filed Thursday.Simon & Schuster spokesman Adam Rothberg said:

“Both accepted the money, and both books never were delivered,”

They should sell their weaves to pay back.
