Jay-Z’s New Year’s Eve plans to perform with Beyonce and Kanye at the latest branch of his 40/40 club in Las Vegas may be canceled after the establishment failed to pass a health and safety inspection.A source said:
“Unless Jay-Z and his team miraculously come up with certain licenses and certificates by Sunday, then they won’t be able to go on with their New Year’s Eve party plans.”
If the reports are true Jay will be forced to refund all tickets to the club’s grand opening.Jay-Z now has 99 Problems + 1.
