Dr. Jan Adams Responsible For Kanye West’s mother Dr. Dondra Death?

Dr. Jan Adams, who performed surgery on Kanye West’s mother Dr. Dondra West before her death did not follow appropriate procedures.
TMZ reports that Dr. Jan Adamsa is not certified on the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Donda West’s operation lasted eight hours — twice as long as it should have. Dr. Jan Adams began the operation Friday morning and finished Friday evening. He then sent Ms. West home, rather than to a recovery center, which would have been appropriate. Several doctors at Centinela Hospital where West was taken believe the excessive amount of time it took to perform the procedure strongly suggests either something went wrong during the operation or the doctor was just too inexperienced.

Dr. Jan Adams was arrested and booked on March 31, 2006, after pleading no contest to DUI.
He was arrested again in September 2002 after his vehicle lost control and hit a parked car.
According to reports:
the Executive Director of the California Medical Board earlier this year asked the state of California to consider revoking or suspending Adams’ license, citing multiple DUI arrests, including one in March of 2006, for which Adams was ultimately found not guilty of driving under the influence, and guilty for driving with a blood alcohol content of higher than .08.
