Ciara and her boobs were pictured at the National Hip-Hop Summit “Turn Up The Vote” event in Philadelphia, recently.It is being reported that Ciara has decided to follow the footsteps of Kelly Rowland and got a breast augmentation.Plastic surgeon Babak Dadvand doesn’t buy the story that Ciara’s breasts got bigger due to weight gain.Dadvand said:
“It looks like she’s had implant,” “The projection of her breast is enhanced, which you don’t see with just a push-up bra. And her breast width is wider, another sign.”

Well, thank God (or someone) that she’s gaining weight. I don’t want to sound like a hater but, she did look a little manish. She needs as much weight as she can get!!

You’re right. A woman’s body is meant to be and look soft. She works out too much. And the implants are very believeable and they are a real big help if you are naturally small breasted.
