Beyonce Sued By Abercrombie & Fitch:Sasha Fierce Fragrance – Beyonce has been hit with a lawsuit from Abercrombie & Fitch for stealing a trademark.A&F wants the songstress to cancel the application that she filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in September 2008 for Sasha Fierce because the company has been selling Fierce fragrance since 2003.
The complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court in Columbus, Ohio, on Wednesday but Beyonce has yet to comment on the matter.
