Beyonce and Jay-Z were pictured in Monte Carlo yesterday.Newlyweds Beyonce and Jay-Z are apparently building a luxurious mansion in Scardale, New York.Jay-Z and Beyonce, who wed in a ceremony on April 4th are in the process of building their dream home.
